Gail Refund/Exchange/Cancellation Policy

Items purchased at from Gail, are entitled to “Gail’s 90 Day 100% satisfaction guarantee”.

If, for any reason within the first 90 days, you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us for a refund of your purchased price.

In order to make sure your return is handled properly please read the following.

In order to receive a full refund of your purchase price (less shipping and handling charges), please make sure to follow the directions below:

First of all, you must have purchased the item from the Gail Resource Center. If you don’t buy it from us, don’t come crying to us demanding a refund!

You must receive a return authorization number BEFORE RETURNING your product. This is extremely important!

You must return the products to the address specified in your return authorization. DO NOT SEND YOUR PRODUCT BACK TO Gail OFFICES UNLESS SPECIFICALLY DIRECTED TO DO SO! Also, please do not return your products to the shipping address that your product was originally shipped from – we use many different vendors for fulfillment and they are not responsible for items returned to them directly and doing so may impact your refund request.

The returned package must include ALL PARTS of the ordered product, including but not limited to, all forms and bonus materials and original packaging if applicable.


To receive a return authorization:

Send an email to to request a return authorization number and a shipping address where you are to ship back your returned item(s) to. Please provide as much detail as possible regarding your original order: name, order id, product, and date if available. As soon as we have processed your request you will receive an email with instructions where to send the return.

Please return all products in like new condition with original packaging if applicable. Once we receive your complete returned package, we will process your refund for the purchase price, less shipping and handling charges. Your refund payment will be in the same manner of your original payment, i.e. if you paid by credit card, your refund will only be credited to the same credit card used for the purchase.

Failure to comply with the above procedures may result in a restocking fee of 10% of the product purchase price.

Terms of Sale Prices and offers are subject to change without notice. All shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all sales tax, tariffs, duties, and fees. Upon submitting orders through the Gail shopping cart, user agrees to Pay Gail for goods and/or services.

Gail typically ships all goods and services within three business days of purchase. Exceptions apply when items are backordered, etc. Customer will be notified by e-mail if shipment date is later than three days after purchase.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information when placing orders with the Gail Webstore, or Via Phone Order, Fax Order, or Mail Order. Gail cannot be held liable for orders lost due to incorrect information provided by the customer. We respectfully request that you double check all information you provide during ordering.
